Portrait Art Ordering Process
Because each artwork is custom, there can be some variance in the ordering procedure, but this is what usually happens:
1. For more information fill out the Custom Art Requests form to receive a no-obligation quote on your project. Let me know if you would like any extras, like a background, added to the artwork.
2. Half payment is required to begin work, with the final half payable when your pencil portrait is completed.
Most clients enjoy the safety and convenience of PayPal, and I can send you a PayPal invoice.
Or you can Mail your payment to me. Postal mailing address may be given upon request.
3. Please send photographs showing the person to be drawn that are at least 2 - 4 inches across in the face.
(Mailed photos will be returned with the finished artwork).
The more large, clear and crisp your photo is, the better the portrait will be.
You may send your image(s) via email (only if within the body of the mail, sorry no attachements), myspace message, a link (if the images is viewable online) or regular mail.
4. A scan or digital photograph of the artwork will be sent to you by email or myspace message for preview and acceptance.
5. Upon your acceptance of the artwork, the finished pencil portrait will be mailed to you, via USPS Priority Mail, as soon as the final payment for the work is received.
All requests subject to artists approval. This site reserves the right to refuse an order at any time at its sole discretion.
